Installation Guide

4. Go to Documents\Konami\PES17\Save folder on your PC
5. Paste the file into that folder, replacing the old one, then run PES2017

Common Problems and Fixes

Squads not updating

Confirm the EDIT0000000 file actually replaced the old one in the Save folder rather than just sitting alongside it under a slightly different name.

Game won't start after replacing the file

Rename the old EDIT0000000 file as a backup instead of deleting it, then try replacing it again from a fresh extract.

Some transfers missing

Option files lag a day or two behind breaking news, so a handful of very last-minute deals from deadline day itself may not have made it into this build.

Career Mode save doesn't reflect the changes

Option file updates only affect new saves and Exhibition/Master League starts made after installing — existing in-progress saves keep whatever squads they started with.
