What Is FIP14 v10?

Every new season your FIFA 14 squads go stale. New kits come out and the game still thinks it's last year. Harry BullZak's FIFA Infinity Patch 14 is one fix for that.

The new one is FIP14 v10 for 2026/27, and it came out on October 17 as a public BETA. Harry converts data from the FC27 beta so it runs in FIFA 14. That means new squads, kits, balls and logos.

It's a beta, so expect a few rough edges. Here's what to check before you start.

Who Made This Patch

Harry BullZak made this patch, with help from several other modders. We found it in his official thread on Soccer Gaming. The credit is theirs. This guide just follows his notes in simpler words.

What's New in v10

These are the main points from Harry's change log.

33 leaguesFrom the Premier League and La Liga to MLS, the Saudi Pro League and the Süper Lig. The full list is below.

70 national teamsPlus many extra rest-of-world clubs, including CONMEBOL teams from FC27.

Kits and ballsConverted from FC27, with kit numbers, name fonts and new balls.

Real names and logosGeneric team and tournament names, logos and kits are replaced with real ones.

New adboards and a new stadiumPlus Hill Dickinson Stadium, and real UEFA sleeve patches.

Revolution Mod 14It's included. Squads come from the September 2026 squad file.

Argentina Liga Profesional, Australia A-League, Austria Bundesliga, Belgium Pro League, China Super League, Denmark Superliga, England Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two, France Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, Germany Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga, Italy Serie A and Serie B, Korea K League 1, Mexico Liga MX, Netherlands Eredivisie, Norway Eliteserien, Poland Ekstraklasa, Portugal Primeira Liga, Republic of Ireland Premier Division, Romania Liga I, Saudi Pro League, Scottish Premiership, Spain La Liga and Segunda División, Sweden Allsvenskan, Switzerland Super League, Turkey Süper Lig and USA Major League Soccer.

He also added referee kits for some leagues, real kit numbers for some teams, and crowd sizes that fit each league.

Before You Install

Read these three points first. They save a lot of trouble.

Do a clean install of FIFA 14. Harry strongly suggests it, even if an older FIP14 is already on your PC.

The database and tournaments don't install on their own. That protects your old saves. You add them from FIP Patch Manager.

Start a new career afterwards. Old Manager mode saves won't use the new data.

How to Install

There are two phases. Phase 1 is the safest route.

PHASE 1Clean install of FIFA 14

1. Shut down the EA App completely.
2. Find your FIFA 14 folder and rename it to something like "FIFA 14 old". Don't delete it.
3. Start the EA App again, pick FIFA 14 and let it download a fresh copy.
4. The new folder takes the name FIFA 14, so that's the one the game uses. To go back to your old setup, close the EA App and swap the folder names.

PHASE 2Install the patch

1. Download everything in the folder, every part. Keep the files together in one place.
2. Unpack the .7z files into your FIFA 14 folder. If the files come in parts, start from part1 and the rest follow.
3. You'll be asked about overwriting files. Choose Yes to all.
4. Next, open FIP Patch Manager. You'll find it in the Game folder. Go to the Versions tab and choose the database you want to play with.
5. Hit regenerate in FIP Patch Manager. CM14/15 can do the same job if you prefer it.
6. Launch the game and start a new career.

UEFA tip: when you start a career, leave "European Competition in 1st Season?" unticked. Qualifying then starts from the early rounds, so the league stage may not match real life.

Common Problems and Fixes

The game crashes or acts strangely after installing

Old files left over from an earlier install are the usual cause. Do the clean install in Phase 1 and unpack every part into the same folder.

You still see old squads or teams

Open FIP Patch Manager, go to the Versions tab, pick the new database and regenerate. It doesn't install by itself.

Career mode crashes after you edit with CM14/15

Open FIP Tournament Manager and press "Load default tournaments". Then press "Install Career Mode Compdata", and start a new career.

Found a bug in the beta

Report it in the official thread. Give the teams, league, date and game mode so Harry can track it down.

FAQ

Is this the final version?

No. It's a public BETA with fewer leagues on purpose. Harry says more will arrive as the release cycle goes on.

Do I need a clean install?

Harry strongly recommends it, even with an older FIP14 installed.

Will it break my old career saves?

Not unless you install the database. It's off by default to protect active saves. Old Manager mode saves won't use the new data, so start a new career.

Where do I report problems?

In the official Soccer Gaming thread. Include the teams, league, date and game mode.

Is it free?

Yes, it's free.

Final Thoughts

FIFA 14 is old, but a patch like this makes it feel current again. The beta is lighter than the full release will be. Even so, you get real kits, balls and squads for 26/27 today.
